Becoming an LSN Member

Although lymphoedema cannot be cured, its major symptoms, namely swelling and risk of infection (cellulitis) can, with appropriate treatment and self-management be greatly improved and controlled over time. Left untreated, the condition will worsen. Understanding the condition and receiving support and information on how to adapt to everyday living are key elements to successful management of lymphoedema. Becoming a member of the Lymphoedema Support Network is one way of ensuring that you have access to the latest information to help you best manage your condition.
